There are many reasons that can make stress for people. People treat their stress in different ways, may some people tend to show their pressures externally and others try to keep inside it. People struggle to camouflage their tress but it can temporary if no actions are taken to alleviate the anxiety. The symptoms of stress may be belonging to physical irregularity or behavioral abnormality. There are some identifications of stress.

1- Ability to make Decision:

It is the great sign of a stressed out someone is the lack of ability to make decisions. Even these personalities can not make decision ordinary daily tasks which would normally be carry out without hesitation. Stress attacks a person’s confidence and boldness, and consequently, a normally decisive person may forego his choices or decisions.

2- Change in appetite

One major sign of high stress is a change in appetite. Generally people lose their hunger in a stressful situation however; some people react inverse and seek relief and asylum in food. Because of this radical change of eating habits, an upset metabolism can lead a person feeling weak and lost his zeal for life. When a person shows his disinterest in life he certainly loss of optimism and natural humor.

3- Tiredness and insomnia

Fatigue or insomnia is the great cause of stress. It belongs to physical symptom of stress. Daily official work or with personal problems can cause of fatigue. Insomnia, which can also be the side-effect of stress, will lead to fatigue during the day. The fatigue can affect the person both physically and mentally. Mental fatigue produces incapability to make decisions and a person’s helplessness to talking minor matters way too seriously.

4- Changes in body function:

Changes in a person body normal functions or appearance can be a reason of stress. When a person become ill of suffer any physical problem his body will become feeble and, a weak metabolism will not only weaken the zeal for life but can grab and destroy the entire body’s process of maintaining a healthy chemical balance. Even the process of digestion may be affected, with diarrhea or constipation often associated with great anxiety. Throughout the body suffer stress result acne or pimples are more apt to show up on face when a person stressed than relaxed. Same as voiced stuttering and nervous impulses are related with stress.

Serious illnesses of the body

Tension or stress can be the major cause of serious illness of human body. The person may suffer some serious problem e.g. blood pressure, serious heart attack etc.If the person will not become relaxe immediately he can face serious problem that will result in permanent stress or tension.

Person can fight against his stress and its causes. For struggle to control it the most essential thing is to do to take a deep breath, which will provide oxygen throughout the body. Taking the complete rest and sleep can also help to reduce stress and makes nervous relax.

Stress is like a normal thing that happen to me almost everyday. It’s like the sun and mood which need each other. I can never avoid stress. Seriously all the 4 ways above are true.

stress is needed for people to get going. but sometimes, too much stress can kill. stress-less life can also become a stress to the individual. stress is a part of life anyway.

everybody will feel stressed when he was burdened with work.stress makes man unable to take proper decisions.by having proper sleep stress can be reduced.

nobody can completely avoid stress. the best way to deal wid it is to prevent its aftermath by yoga,
breathing exercises, regular physical workout &
a balanced diet.
