Winter is a time which is quite difficult for retaining the energy of your body as the weather makes you feel dizzy and weak.

The winter weather is also very challenging for your health as the cool air can easily affect your health so a attention must be given to your health and protect yourself from the cold wind. In this article there are some tips given which will be helpful for keeping yourself as active and fresh as you feel in the spring season.

1. Sleep is very necessary to remain active whole day and in the short days of winter don’t forget to sleep 6-8 hours day and to improve the quality of your sleep try to take a 30 mint walk before going to bed.

2. Some experts says that expressing excessive emotions in the winter season drain your body’s energy so try to remain away from them and in the cold dark nights always try to remain inside the boundaries of your home.

3. Many researches have shown that sunlight contains the rays which stimulate the pineal glands which on the other hand affects the production of neurotransmitters sometime called the ‘mood cells’. So like any other living thing you must get sunlight to restore you body’s energy.

4. Physical movement is also very necessary during winter but avoid the activities that give your body excessive perspirations. A normal amount of physical movement will circulate the energy throughout your body.

5. To keep your body and health up in this season try to take foods that are especially for this season and don’t go for raw or cold foods in winter as they can affect your health.

6. Your dressing should provide you the sufficient amount of warmth which your body requires and especially while going outside cover yourself completely so that air don’t come in contact with your body.
