Yes i do have headache when I had too much cabbage soup diet per day. At first I thought it was a hot day, but I found out that, by having too much of cabbage soup diet is the cause.
i think it’s all in eating healthy. food consumption has to be on a balance level at all time, to make sure that we lost weight from the water and the fat.

Its not too healthy to eat a lot of cabbage soup every day, and I agree with the article that the main issue in weight loss is the muscle mass.
