Cold & cough is a very common problem worldwide. Mostly it occurs at the time when seasons change. Sometimes intense cough can lead to vomiting. Mostly we prefer to have antibiotics for the treatment purpose, but before doing that we can try easy home remedies.
• Prepare a mixture of ginger extract along with pinch of black pepper & a tbsp of honey. Try to take this 3-4 times a day. It will give you some relief.
• Soak the almonds overnight. In the morning remove the skin & crush them. Mix the sugar & butter with the crushed almonds. Consume this mixture twice daily (in the morning & also in the evening).
• You can also create the mixture of grape juice & honey. Consume it 3-4 times a day. You will definitely get some relief.
• Take a lemon & chop it into halves, sprinkle the salt along with black pepper in the chopped side & now suck the lemon until you feel comfortable.
• Mix honey & lemon juice & consume it every two hours.
• Create a mixture of ginger (1/2 tsp) along with cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp), water (2 tbsp), honey (2 tbsp) & cloves (1/4 tsp). Store this in a safe container & consume 2-3 tbsp of the mixture whenever coughing occurs.
• Take a saucepan & pour the water (almost half of the total length). Now add the elecampane root in the water & let it boil for almost 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice along with honey. Mix properly & filter the mixture.
• You can also create a mixture of dry ginger, black pepper & long pepper. Before consuming it add honey. Try this for almost twice a day, you will realise the difference.
• Another useful mixture is honey (1 tsp) & onion juice (1 tsp). Mix the both ingredients & place them separately for about 4-5 hours. Then try to have it twice daily.
• Pour the honey & apple cider vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water. Consume it on a daily basis; it will give you some relief.
