We start our day full of enthusiasm, but as time goes we start to loss our energy level & sometimes we just drag our body & mind towards the end. Like other problems this one also has some easy solutions which can provide us energy to spend the remaining day full of enthusiasm.

•    When you are sleeping your body might get dehydrated & you feel extremely wearied so always drink a glass of water after you wake up in the morning.

•    Caffeine with sugar can provide you some instant energy, but that will not sustain for a long period. If you can’t resist consuming coffee, then try to have energy –provider coffee along with half a cup of milk & avoid the sugary substances. For a nutritional breakfast this is not the proper replacement.

•    Try to have a balanced breakfast which will help you to remain energetic in the middle of the day. In your breakfast try to have cereal (high fibre), toast, egg/sausage, pancake etc.

•    If your body losses energy before launch then arrange some handy dry fruits or healthy smoothie or whole grain crackers etc for some small snacks.

•    Unorganised living can also absorb your energy, because for every small thing you need to spend a lot of energy. So try to be organised & save on your unnecessary energy spending.

•    Include omega 3 fats (like- tuna, avocado, salmon etc) in your lunch, it will improve your brain functions & also make you feel enthusiastic for a long period of time.

•    Try to have 5 or 6 small meals rather than three heavy meals. It will not allow your energy to come down & at the same time you will not feel heavy.

•    Sometimes quality rest for maximum 20 minutes can refill your energy level, but never consider it as an equivalent of a good night’s sleep. If you take a nap for a long duration, it will affect your night sleep.

•    One of the easiest ways to refill your enthusiasm is meditation. Some deep breathing & a calm peaceful relaxing environment can boost up your energy.

•    Workout or exercise is always good for boosting up your body energy. At the lunch time spend some time for yoga or some other exercises.  It will supply you energy to spend for the remaining day.
