We people are generally figure conscious, but situations make us prone to weight gain. Sometimes we just want the proper enjoyment of having foods. Several situations or conditions are responsible for weight gain, so we need to first identify those situations & then handle them in a proper way.
• In the process of losing weight don’t ever skip your meal. It will make you weak. Your body will get starved without having food.
• Instead of eating fast, try to chew the food properly. In the fast eating process sometimes you eat excess food.
• In the restaurant we just forget about the proper nutritional diet & start having all the fat foods. Instead of ordering all those heavy fat food, try some healthy salad etc.
• Don’t always step on scale for measuring your weight. It can weaken your weight lose process. Do this once in a week to get the clear idea.
• When we are feeling cold we are prone to take some high calorie food, like- warm coffee with milk or cappuccino etc. So it is better to take precautions much earlier, for example when you are going out in winter it is better to bundle up properly.
• Try to take food in a small plate. In a large dish you are just misguided with the amount.
• Whenever we go for a family dinner or with close friends we just start taking alcohol & several other weight raiser foods, which can interrupt our weight loss process.
• When you are really very tired your hormones go haywire which results in a lot of cravings including pangs of false hunger. This results in you taking food when you are not really hungry. One way to avoid this situation is to get a good night’s sleep and taking small naps when you are tired. You should get about six to eight hours of sleep every night. You can also take a 15 minute nap during day time when you get really tired.
• Study reveals that people eat more when they are unmindful, so while you are having your food in front of the computer or television, your attention goes to those thongs instead of food & most of the time you consume excess foods.
