- Do not give them juice that contains sugar it will supply extra calories to your child.
- Add the foods full of fibres in your child diet menu, it will control the bold sugar level of your children.
- Encourage them to eat fresh vegetable & original fruit juices.
- Try to make a habit of enjoying healthy food most of the time & having little fried or oily food.
