6. Breastfeeding is not only good for your baby; it is good for you too:
Most women are unaware that breastfeed their babies can lessen the chances of this cancer. The longer you breastfeed your baby, the more are the chances to avoid this cancer.
7. Move around instead of sitting for long:
Sitting for a long period of time can also lead to this deadly disease. Keep yourself busy and move around. For example, if you are on your phone, why not take a walk while talking or texting? Why do you have a mobile phone if you are going to sit at one place?
8. Stay away from radiations as much as you can:
According to some researches, mammograms and other Medical Imaging methods like X-rays or computerized tomography etc, can contribute to the chances of getting this cancer. Avoid these tests if you can. Ask your doctor if a certain test is absolutely necessary. If not, just avoid exposure to radiation.
